A BIT ABOUT ME

My name is Beth Weller. Having grown up in Lake Forrest, IL I went to Mount Holyoke where I received my undergraduate degree, majoring in Maths and Music. In 2005 I received my Masters in Music from Kings College London and was awarded my Ph.D. in Musicology in 2015.

I worked as a classroom teacher and Maths Department Head at KIPP Academy in Houston, TX. Whilst studying for my Ph.D., I worked as a classroom teacher at King Solomon Academy in London. Having left teaching following the birth of my first child, I set up Beth's Maths tutoring in 2017.

I am fully DBS checked and offer one to one tutoring to all ages. Each session is tailored around the individual's needs in order to support their classroom experience and exams.

I also offer parent workshops and group sessions as required.
